Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website https://financeaiclash.life and related vocational training services offered by Finance AI Clash Ltd. ("Finance AI Clash", "we", "us"). By using our site or enrolling in programmes, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit enrolment requests.
1. About our services
Finance AI Clash Ltd. delivers professional studio instruction for AI finance operations — budgeting workflows, expense tracking, invoice workflow, reporting hygiene, cash-flow clarity, and finance decision support using tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude. Service scope, deliverables, fees, and schedules for paid engagements are defined in enrolment confirmations, invoices, or signed statements of work.
Content on this website is general educational material unless a specific signed agreement states otherwise. It does not constitute investment, tax, legal, or regulated accounting advice. The .life domain is branding only — our services are not lifestyle coaching, wellness programmes, or personal transformation products.
Our courses teach practical AI-assisted finance management skills that can support clearer budgeting, reporting, and operational clarity. Completion certificates reflect training participation only. We do not guarantee specific savings, profit, salary increases, investment returns, or business results. AI tools and examples may contain errors — financial decisions require human judgment and professional review. This is vocational training, not investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
2. Brand terminology
Finance refers to teachable finance operations and money-management skills — not guaranteed wealth or investment performance. Clash refers to challenge-based practice drills and structured learning momentum — not fighting, gambling, get-rich contests, or aggressive sales tactics. Finance AI Clash describes an Edmonton training studio offering balance sheet practice — not a lifestyle brand promising financial freedom.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old to enrol or submit binding enquiries. You agree to provide accurate information and keep contact details current. Corporate enrolments require that the submitting representative has authority to bind the organization.
4. Enrolment, fees, and payment
Published fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Taxes apply where required. Payment terms appear on invoices. We may cancel or reschedule cohorts with reasonable notice; you may choose a credit toward a future 2026 cohort or a refund per our published refund policy on the FAQ page. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to materials or studio attendance.
5. Intellectual property
Course materials, scenario packs, rubrics, branding, and website content are owned by Finance AI Clash Ltd. or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for personal or internal corporate learning during enrolment. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, or commercially exploit materials without written permission. Portfolio proofs you create from your own work remain yours; we may request anonymised excerpts for training improvement with consent.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or services — including attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, scraping content at scale, harassing staff or learners, submitting confidential third-party data without authorization, or using sessions to promote crypto trading, MLM schemes, or get-rich-quick offers. We may remove participants who disrupt cohort safety or violate these Terms.
7. AI tools in courses
Learners may use third-party AI tools subject to those providers' terms and employer policies. We teach verification habits because AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or biased. You remain responsible for decisions applied to real financial records. Do not input personal data you are not authorized to share into public AI interfaces during exercises unless explicitly directed in a secured corporate environment.
8. Certificates and outcomes
Certificates confirm participation in specified vocational training modules. They are not professional designations, licences, or guarantees of employment, promotion, savings, or profit. We make no promise that completion will produce any particular business or personal financial outcome.
9. Disclaimers
Services and the website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by Alberta and Canadian law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free materials, or that AI examples reflect current tool behaviour. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Finance AI Clash Ltd. and its directors, employees, and facilitators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the website or services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the fees you paid us for the specific programme giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finance AI Clash Ltd. from claims arising out of your misuse of services, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unauthorized submission of confidential data to AI tools during or after courses.
12. Privacy
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Enrolment requires consent to collection and use as described there, including PIPEDA and Alberta PIPA considerations.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta sitting in Edmonton for disputes not resolved informally. We encourage you to contact [email protected] before commencing formal proceedings.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes affecting enrolled learners will be communicated by email where practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
15. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control — including severe weather, utility outages, public health directives, or third-party platform outages affecting AI tool demonstrations. We will offer rescheduled sessions or credits where possible.
16. Assignment
You may not assign your enrolment without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to affected learners where required by law.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision will be modified minimally to reflect the parties' intent where possible under Alberta law.
18. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with enrolment confirmations, invoices, signed corporate statements of work, and referenced policies (Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy), constitute the entire agreement regarding website use and standard programme enrolment unless a signed document explicitly supersedes them.
19. Language
These Terms are drafted in English. Any translated summary provided for convenience is non-binding if it conflicts with the English version. Parties confirm they have requested or accepted English as the governing language of this agreement to the extent permitted under Alberta law.
